We have confidentiality agreements in place with our service providers that prohibit them from disclosing or using any customer’s NPI other than to assist us in doing our business.
We do not disclose any NPI about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. We share your personal information for our everyday business purposes, such as, to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders, government agencies and legal investigations, report to credit bureaus (if applicable), or for our marketing purposes to offer our products and services to you. We do not share your personal information with other financial companies for joint marketing, or with our affiliates or non-affiliates to market their services or products to you.
We may continue to share your information when you are no longer a customer of Kondaur.
